Acceptance of Terms

BrightVertex Ltd provides gym revenue growth strategies, business consultation services, digital marketing optimisation, and performance analytics for fitness businesses. Our services include but are not limited to revenue strategy development, member experience enhancement, marketing campaign development, and ongoing business support. All services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with our professional standards.

User Obligations

Users of our website and services agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested, maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information, use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers, respect the intellectual property rights of BrightVertex Ltd and third parties, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services. Payment Terms

BrightVertex Ltd reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts and to charge interest on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and any outstanding fees become due and payable.
